The Tab was launched in the UK last week. The first models will already be shipped and in the hands of their lucky new owners.

It looks like Samsung are having a good shot at giving the Tab the opportunity to gain some of the tablet market in the UK. It is definitely getting far more coverage than any other model on the market right now.
They’ve even wrapped the Evening Standard here in London in a full page advert:
You can now go and grab yourself one from a nwhole range of places, the usual mobile phone shops (phones4u, carphone warehouse, etc) and even the supermarkets are stocking them – you can grab one via Tesco Direct!
Samsung are definitely pushing this as a mainstream device – it’s just a shame the price isn’t quite mainstream! But hopefully that will come down.
