As expected, the Samsung Galaxy Tab GT P1000 was officially announced today at the IFA show.
We can now update you on what to expect from the new tablet!
Samsung Galaxy Tab Release Date
We now know that the Tab will start shipping in Europe, so you can expect to find it in stock at you local shops from September. The Tab will be available in Korea, US and the rest of Asia shortly after.
Galaxy Tab Specifications
It turns out that much of the speculation is true! Looks like the Internet knows its stuff!
We can confirm that the tablet can send and receive texts and function as a phone. It can therefore also access the Android market and Samsung’s own content hub supplying music, movies, newspapers etc.
